Dick is an expert in website and graphic design. Spanning a career of over 40 years, he and his team have repeatedly been recognized for their excellence with their work.
He has also been honored by the Smithsonian Board of Regents for Service to the Smithsonian Institution on behalf of the National Postal Museum and has been awarded a lifetime membership with the American Marketing Association.
He has earned degrees in from UNC-Chapel Hill and Communications Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
On days off, Dick enjoys sports, discovering new exhibitions at the Smithsonian, taking photography tours, watching his children grow into adulthood, playing with his grandchildren, and traveling with his wife, Kathi.
